The Fenglin intelligent interactive terminal FL5600-SGYZ is a dual-screen display and touch device with an integrated industrial design suitable for counter environments. It offers options for motherboards such as Intel Core i5/RK3568/Phytium/Loongson, and can be equipped with operating systems like HarmonyOS, domestic Kirin Unified Operating System, or Windows.    

Equipped with high-definition dual-screen display, an option for a single screen is also available. The main and secondary screens measure 15.6 inches each, with an option for 21.5 inches as well. It supports capacitive electromagnetic pens for dual touch control. It integrates functions such as high-resolution scanner for document and photo file scanning, portrait capture, ID card recognition, fingerprint collection, two-dimensional live face recognition for person-identity comparison, barcode and QR code scanning, social security card and bank IC card recognition, password keyboard, thermal printer, etc., for paperless business handling application modules. It supports national cryptographic electronic signatures, national cryptographic password input, information interaction, service evaluation, multimedia advertising, image, text and video display, etc. This can effectively improve the service level of government windows, optimize the service methods of window staff, enhance work efficiency and customer experience， and create a more compassionate government service environment.

The hardware CPU is by default a domestic Rockchip chip. You can also choose Intel Core i5, Phytel D2000, Loongson, Zhiying, or custom-made motherboards.

The system is default Android, and users can choose among HarmonyOS, domestic Kunpeng, UniUnion UOS systems, Windows systems, or customized systems by the customer.

Dual-screen 15.6.5-inch high-definition touch screen, with the option of 2-inch for flexible combination. The screen is fixed by the center force method. The screen stand is an integrated double-stand on both sides, ensuring stable and reliable signing without shaking. The material is a combination of ABS and metal, with a compact and stable structure.

It adopts a 3-level touch dimming and intelligent interconnection lighting switch mode, along with a double-row matrix fog-like LED light source, providing uniform lighting for the paper.

The high-resolution scanner is an in-built device. It is equipped with an integrated hard copy platform, which is neat and beautiful, facilitating paper positioning and not occupying any other space on the desktop. The platform is internally fitted with a metal plate, and the surface is equipped with a magnetic positioning ruler, which is convenient for positioning the paper and providing pressure to flatten bent paper.

Supports capacitive electromagnetic dual-touch technology, integrating functions such as high-resolution scanner for ID documents and photo collection, face capture, ID card recognition, fingerprint collection, dual-eye live face recognition for person-identity comparison; optional modules include barcode and QR code scanning, social security card and bank IC card recognition, password keyboard, thermal printer, etc. Client-side fingerprint devices or work-end fingerprint devices can be installed according to customer needs, with flexible selection of dual-fingerprint positions.

Support functions such as national cryptography-based original handwriting electronic signature, national cryptography-based password input, information interaction, service evaluation, multimedia advertisements, and display of pictures, text and videos.

The two screens can be adjusted at a 45-degree angle from top to bottom. Without moving the device, each screen can independently rotate left or right by 30 degrees to adapt to different angle application scenarios.

The machine is equipped with an integrated pen slot and pen insertion holes. It has a power-on touch switch. The device has an anti-theft lock hole. The bottom has 4 card slots for convenient cable storage. The base has more than 5 USB expansion ports to meet the expansion capabilities of various peripherals such as mice and keyboards. It supports left and right channel speakers and matrix microphones. There is a slot for installing 4 detachable SIM card slots that comply with ISO/IEC7816 standards.

The equipment can be used independently or connected to a computer. It supports connection with the Windows system. It has been compatible and mutually recognized with mainstream domestic operating systems such as Keryn, Suning, etc., as well as domestic CPUs such as Phytel, Kunpeng, Loongson, Zhaokai, and Hai Guang.
